Tesla Fence (WIP)

Tesla Fence is a twin stick shooter with some puzzle mechanics as well as an emphasis on stripping tools from enemies with harpoons. In its current state there are only a few basic puzzles, the base harpoon implementation, and some rudimentary enemies with a equip able shield.
